Individual 1:1 Counselling
50 Min - $150
All rates are not subject to GST & services are covered by most extended health plan insurance providers.

In our 50-minute session, you’ll have a safe, supportive space to talk openly about your experiences. I’ll listen without judgment, help you explore current challenges, and guide you in building coping skills and resilience. Each session is personalized to your needs and grounded in compassionate, evidence-based care.
Family/Couples Counselling
50 Min - $175
80 Min - $250

In our couples or family session, you’ll have a calm, supportive space to speak openly and understand one another more deeply. Together, we’ll explore patterns, navigate challenges, and strengthen communication and connection. Each session is guided with care and tailored to your unique relationships, using evidence-based approaches to help you grow and move forward as a team.
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
In DBT-informed therapy, you learn skills for calming intense emotions, managing difficult moments, and communicating your needs more effectively.
Therapeutic Approaches
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
In mindfulness-based therapy, you learn skills to notice your thoughts, emotions, and body sensations without judgment, helping you respond more calmly and intentionally rather than reacting automatically.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
In CBT-informed therapy, you learn skills to understand how your thoughts affect your feelings and behaviour, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and respond to difficult situations in more balanced and helpful ways.
Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT)
In EFT-informed therapy, you learn to recognise and work with your emotions, understand what they are telling you, and use them to guide healthier responses and relationships.
Appointment Information

I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate your busy life. My goal is to make counselling accessible and convenient, so you can get the support you need when it works best for you.

All payments are processed securely through the Jane booking app, and a credit card is required to book your session. If you prefer an alternative method of payment, arrangements can be made prior to your first session.

Most insurance plans provide coverage for counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), but not through MSP. Please note that we do not offer direct billing, so clients are responsible for submitting claims to their insurance provider for reimbursement.

All appointments are held virtually. A secure link will be sent to you on the day of your session via the Jane booking app, ensuring a safe and confidential counselling experience.

I understand that life can be busy and unexpected situations arise. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. If you are unwell or face an emergency, please contact me via email as soon as possible so we can discuss options.
